TERMS OF USE FOR MENTEES
Attention: Please read these terms carefully before using the website‘www.ugrowthconsultancy.com’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘UGrowth Consultancy’). By using this website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to Policies, Reviews, Rules, and Guidelines, as applicable. These shall be deemed to be part and parcel of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "TERMS") and may be amended by the Company from time to time without prior notice. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates/changes. Your continued use of UGrowth Consultancy shall signify your acceptance of these Terms. As long as you comply with the Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use UGrowth Consultancy.UGrowth Consultancy provides a platform where professionals and students (hereinafter referred to as ‘Mentees’) seek guidance from industry experts (hereinafter referred to as ‘Mentors’).
By registering as a Mentee on UGrowth Consultancy, you represent yourself as a student or professional in your chosen domain and warrant the Company in this respect.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. EligibilityAccessing or using UGrowth Consultancy indicates your agreement to these Terms. Only individuals who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Law are permitted to use UGrowth Consultancy. Minors under the age of 18 or individuals of unsound mind must obtain consent from their legal guardian or parent to use this platform.
2. Mentee Services
Mentees shall receive guidance and mentoring from Mentors via audio, video, or other communication modes available on UGrowth Consultancy.
3. Prohibited Activities
Mentees shall not use UGrowth Consultancy for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or engage in activities that violate any applicable laws (including but not limited to copyright laws). Screenshots, recordings, or unauthorized sharing of content from UGrowth Consultancy are strictly prohibited.
4. Account and Registration Obligations
Mentees are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any unauthorized use of the account should be immediately reported. The Company shall not be liable for any loss due to unauthorized use of the account.5. Content ModerationThe Company may monitor, edit, or remove content that is deemed unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of these Terms. Repeated violations may lead to permanent suspension of the mentee account.
6. Service Fees
Mentees shall pay the fees for mentorship as per the fee structure provided by UGrowth Consultancy, which may be dynamic, fixed, or agreed upon, exclusive of applicable taxes.
7. Non-Solicitation Clause
Mentees shall not solicit guidance from Mentors outside the platform. Solicitation includes, but is not limited to, directly reaching out to Mentors for paid or unpaid mentoring services, offering alternative mentorship arrangements, or redirecting Mentors to external platforms or personal services without prior written consent from the Company.
8. Suspension & TerminationThe Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Mentee accounts based on policy violations, fraudulent activities, or misuse of services.
9. Liability DisclaimerThe Company shall not be liable for any misrepresentation or omission of information by the Mentee or Mentor. Any decisions made by the Mentee based on mentorship guidance shall be at their sole discretion and responsibility.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
(i) If a Mentor fails to attend a scheduled session, the Mentee may reschedule the session.
(ii) Mentees may cancel their session, but refunds will be processed only on a case-to-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company and may be subject to deductions such as processing fees.
(iii) Refunds, if approved, will be processed within seven working days from the date of approval.
(iv) Refundable amounts may be adjusted against future mentorship fees.
11. User DiscretionMentees should use their sole discretion before acting on any advice or guidance received from Mentors, as various external factors may influence the outcome.12. Assignment of RightsThe Company may assign its rights or obligations to any third party without prior notice.13. Jurisdiction and Governing LawsThese Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
14. Recording of SessionsThe Company may record mentorship sessions for quality control, reference, and promotional purposes. Mentees will be notified before sessions are recorded, and recordings will be retained for six months. Disputes or complaints must be raised within three months to ensure the availability of session recordings, allowing sufficient processing time. Complaints should be submitted via email at support@ugrowthconsultancy.com.
15. Mentee Responsibilities
Mentees must ensure a stable internet connection and necessary hardware/software for smooth session participation. The Company shall not be responsible for disruptions caused due to inadequate technology or connectivity issues on the Mentee's end.
16. Mentee Approval
Mentees will be approved by UGrowth Consultancy based on eligibility, profile evaluation, and availability of suitable mentors. UGrowth Consultancy retains full rights to accept or reject any mentee registration request based on eligibility criteria such as professional background, experience level, and mentorship goals. While the Company reserves the right not to disclose specific reasons for rejection, common factors may include unavailability of suitable mentors, incomplete profile information, or misalignment with program objectives.
17. Copyright OwnershipAll recorded sessions, discussions, and content created on UGrowth Consultancy remain the intellectual property of the Company.
18. IndemnificationMentees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising due to breach of these Terms.
19. Privacy Policy & Personal InformationMentees' personal data shall be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Severability ClauseIf any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
